XYS101 is the common type of acid lining material,suitable for small medium frequency induction furnace melting cast iron.Type XYS102 for improved acidic lining material,with high purity and calcined quartz as base material is prepared. Due to the phase transformation of raw materials,greatly improving the thermal expansion problem,with better thermal stability and volume stability,high temperature strength,anti erosion,erosion resistance,especially suitable for large and medium frequency induction furnace.XYS103 is using fused quartz material,preparation of high-grade acid lining material as base,more suitable for large medium frequency induction furnace intermittent operation.
